Kids' Yoga (ages 6-12, parents welcome!)
30-minute class guided by Irene
This 30-minute class is designed to help kids let loose, have some fun, enjoy some feel-good movements, and get a chance to relax. Each class includes breath exercises, poses for balance, flexibility and strength, mindfulness techniques, and meditation to the sound of crystal singing bowls.

Those of us who take Katelynn's Monday Mat Pilates class already know how just much fun it can be to work hard! This new blend of yoga and mat Pilates will help build strength and find length while energizing the body and spirit.
FRIDAYS at NOON: Flow & Yin Yoga
guided by Irene
Irene is not only a sound healer, she's also a meditation facilitator and Reiki master. In her yoga classes she aims to generate a deep healing by connecting the breath, body and mind within the poses. This class starts with gentle movement, progresses to purposeful poses focusing on alignment, stability, and smooth transitions, and ends with longer-held yin postures, moving deeper into relaxation and inducing a state of surrender and inner peace.
